Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training
APPLICATION FORM

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The course is designed primarily for Pilates mat-work teachers, hands on practitioners and movement teachers of other disciplines like yoga, dance, Alexander Technique. The course is also open to those coming from a different field who wish to commit to this process as a way to enhance their understanding of their own body and explore movement in the deepest possible way. 

Prospective students must meet the following criteria:

  •  Must be at least 21 years of age
  •  Must have an appropriate level of knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology
  •  Have no injuries or health conditions that would prevent performance of exercises during the course of the program
  •  Must have a qualification in pilates or another field related to bodywork and movement
     (pilates mat training, yoga, dance, osteopathy)  

 OR

  •  Have attended at least 100 hours of Pilates classes and be proficient with an intermediate level class 

DATES

Please make sure you can attend all of the below dates before applying. 100% attendance at all modules is required to complete the course.  
Modules will run over the weekend: Saturdays & Sundays 9am - 5pm

Module 1: Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th July 2022

Module 2: Saturday 30th & Sunday 31st July 2022

Module 3: Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4rd September 2022

Module 4: Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th September 2022

Module 5: Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th October 2022

Module 6: Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th November 2022

Module 7: Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th November 2022

Module 8: Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th December 2022

Module 9: Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th January 2023

During the apprenticeship (commencing after Module 4), student review lectures will take place on a Friday afternoon once a month from 4pm-6pm.

THE ADMISSION PROCESS 
  •  Complete application form and submit for review by Course Co-ordinator  
  •  You will invited to a short informal interview with the Course Co-ordinator and/or Course Director 
  •  Offer of enrolment if applicable is made from the Course Director
