Moving Fascia® in the Pilates Environment - at Ana's Studio 6th December

A One-Day Immersion through a Fascial Lens

Date & Time
Sunday, 7th December 2025
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location
The workshop is hosted in Ana’s private studio in Brighton

About the Day
Join Ana Barretxeguren for an intimate, one-day workshop exploring the meeting point of Pilates studio apparatus and Moving Fascia® practices. Hosted in Ana’s private studio in Brighton, this experiential day is designed exclusively for fully certified Pilates teachers seeking to enrich their existing practice through a fascial and nervous system-informed perspective.

Working with a maximum of six participants, we’ll gradually explore the relational qualities of movement using Moving Fascia® balls in dialogue with the proprioceptively rich environment of the spring and the Pilates apparatus - including the Cadillac, reformer, chair, ladder barrel and spine corrector. Through practices that invite yielding, push, pull and reach, we’ll attune to the dynamic interplay between internal sensation and external feedback and support – enhancing both proprioceptive and interoceptive awareness, and opening the door to new movement possibilities.

This workshop offers a fascial approach to working with the spring and the Moving Fascia® ball as partners in dialogue to soften unnecessary guarding, restore fluid movement patterns, and open the door to new possibilities. Grounded in breath, fascial continuity and nervous system regulation, the day invites deep listening, responsiveness and embodied connection.

Whether you're seeking to revitalise your own practice or inspire new layers in your teaching, this immersive day offers space to move, reflect, and reconnect. You will come away with Moving Fascia® practices that integrate seamlessly into your Pilates studio – bringing renewed depth, nuance, and relational awareness to your work.
