Moving Fascia Foundations is an anatomy course made by a movement teacher for the movement teacher, made accessible for and relevant to your practice and everyday reality
Equip yourself with greater understanding and practical tools to introduce your clients to self-release techniques and fascia focused movement.
Effectively integrate fascia focused movement into your practice with the SERI method
It’s a pre-requisite that you you have a basic level of anatomy before joining this course. We require that you are a movement teacher, a bodyworker or manual therapist in order to join this course, which you will declare on enrolment.
Approximately 25% of the course is based on movement and self-release techniques ready for you to use on the mat, in your studio or clinic.
The content of the course is broken down into four modules, which typically you can complete within a month. However we give you access for 12 months so you are free to work it around a busy schedule with no pressure. This also allows you to visit and revisit material as much as you like.
Upon successful completion of an optional final exam you will be issued with a Moving Fascia® Foundations completion certificate.
This course also meets the requirements of the Pilates Method Alliance to register the Moving Fascia® Foundations as an NPCP Continuing Education Provider. Completion of the course provides you with 12 CEC points.
