Hi, I am Ana

I am a movement educator, myofascial release practitioner, and the founder of Moving Fascia®, a unique movement method that integrates fascia with somatics, emphasising nervous system regulation, breath, and embodiment.

My movement approach incorporates self-regulating tools such as the Moving Fascia® SOFT ball, designed to reveal hidden tension, awaken dormant areas, and enrich both proprioceptive and interoceptive awareness.

With a Postgraduate Diploma in Anatomical Sciences from the University of Edinburgh and 20 years of clinical experience, I am committed to bridging the gap between theory and lived experience. I run my own clinic in Brighton while also leading an educational programme for movement professionals, helping them develop a deeper understanding of fascia’s role in movement, perception, and wellbeing.

Through Moving Fascia I facilitate courses and workshops, online and in person,  bringing together an international community of movement professionals and enthusiasts who share a passion for wellbeing through fascia-informed movement.

My passion for fascia is both professional and deeply personal. Living with catamenial pneumothorax, a rare condition involving recurring lung collapses, has fuelled my ongoing exploration of the visceral space and its profound connection to breath and movement.
