Blending fascial release with somatic exploration, Moving Fascia® unveils hidden patterns of tension cultivating resilience and supporting the body’s innate ability to heal. With the input of proprioceptive tools like the Moving Fascia® ball, this practice grows awareness of unique movement habits, awakens dormant relationships within the body, and restores a more integral experience through movement.

This one-day retreat offers a gateway to explore movement in its purest, most intuitive form while reconnecting with your habits, patterns, and rhythms. Deepen your connection to yourself and the world around you, surrounded by the tranquil natural landscape of East Sussex.

Come as you are and leave with renewed awareness, a deeper sense of embodiment, and a fresh perspective on movement as a way of weaving your own reality.

About Ana

Ana is a movement educator, myofascial release practitioner, and the founder of Moving Fascia®, a movement method that integrates fascia with somatics, emphasising nervous system regulation, breath, and embodiment.

This unique approach integrates feedback from self-regulating tools like the Moving Fascia® SOFT ball, helping unveil hidden tension, stimulate dormant areas and enrich proprioceptive and interoceptive awareness.

With a Postgraduate Diploma in Anatomical Sciences from the University of Edinburgh, and twenty years of clinical experience Ana combines her practice from her own clinic in Brighton with the running of an educational programme for movement educators bridging the gap between theory and lived experience. Her work is grounded in deep research of fascia’s role in movement, perception, and wellbeing, making her a respected educator in the field.

Ana’s passion for fascia is deeply personal. Living with catamenial pneumothorax, a rare condition involving recurring lung collapses, has led her to an ongoing exploration of the visceral space and its profound connection to breath and movement, both professionally and personally.
