Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure your place on the retreat.
• The early bird rate is only valid for bookings made before the stated deadline.

Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel one week (7 days) or more before the retreat date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total fee.
• Cancellations made less than one week before the retreat are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior notice and agreement.

Retreat Changes & Cancellations

• In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be provided.
• The organiser reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the schedule if necessary.

Liability & Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for their own well-being during the retreat.
• The organiser is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
• It is the participant’s responsibility to inform the organiser of any relevant medical conditions prior to the retreat.
