The Moving Fascia LAB is an online practice space where we explore fascia as a living network of connection, support, and resilience. Each month, Ana leads a live 1-hour session exploring a different theme through guided practice, discussion, and reflection.

All sessions are recorded and added to the growing LAB library, alongside shorter practices you can revisit anytime. The library includes themed collections such as the Shoulder LAB, Pelvic LAB, and Thorax LAB, offering you a rich resource to build your own embodied programme of exploration.
